Stamps

This week the price of stamps went up two cents, from 42 to 44 cents. Everyone is complaining about this change and acting like it is some huge injustice. However, if you think about it, it costs 44 cents for someone to hand pick up your mail and hand deliver it to where ever you want it to go. Only 44 cents! A personal touch like this should cost tons of money, but it doesn't, it only costs 44 cents. So the next time you place a stamp on a piece of mail, think about the care that will go into hand delivering that letter. Whether the letter only travels down the street, or half way around the world, 44 cents is a small price to pay for a true personal touch.
